Action Learning

I am a Higher-Level Action Learning Facilitator, recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Action Learning sets bring diverse people together, to supportively work through problems and issues, challenge perceptions, share ideas and clarify future actions. During 2022-23, I worked successfully, with professionals from across the creative and cultural sector in the East of England, (part funded by Arts Council England).

Leaders and managers from any sector, are welcome to contact me and find out more about how Action Learning can be of benefit to them, their employees and their organisation, e.g. Academy Chains, Groups of LA schools, Museums and Galleries, Creative and Cultural organisations, etc.

During 2025 and 2026, I am available to facilitate a limited number of new Action Learning sets, (with between 6 and 8 professionals in each set). Following an initial ‘taster’ session of 3 hours, set members will need to commit to attending 6 sessions of 3 hours, throughout the year.
